High Plains Journal Associate Editor, Jennifer M. Latzke recently traveled with the Nebraska Wheat Board on their Wheat Export Tour and participated in the Wheat Quality Workshop. The group also visited the Wheat Marketing Center in Portland, Ore. While in Portland, they visited the Mandarin Restaurant and watched a gentleman make noodles.
