Farm program rules, tax changes topic of webinar
The National Agricultural Law Center will host a webinar Sept. 16 examining significant changes to federal farm programs and agricultural taxation resulting from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
The webinar, “2026 Update: USDA’s Payment Limitations, Eligibility, & Ag Tax Considerations,” will provide producers, agricultural professionals, farm advisors and others with an overview of recent changes affecting agricultural operations.
The webinar will focus on the practical implications of these changes and how they may affect farmers, ranchers, agricultural businesses and the professionals who advise them.
