The USDA Market News Service, Greeley, Colorado, in the closing grain report for June 29, reported in futures trading that Chicago July soft red winter wheat was $6.39 3/4; July corn, $6.94 1/2; and July soybeans, $13.59 3/4.

The export bid for direct Gulf delivery of No. 1 hard red winter wheat, ordinary protein, rail, unavailable; No. 2 soft red winter wheat, barge, $6.69 3/4 to $6.71 3/4, down 16 1/4 to 19 1/4 cents; No. 2 yellow corn, barge, $7.58 1/2 to $7.62 1/2, up 24 to 23 cents; No. 2 yellow sorghum, rail, $6.88 1/2 to $8.79 1/2, down 6 1/4 to 19 cents; No. 2 yellow sorghum, barge, unavailable; and No. 1 yellow soybeans, barge, $14.13 3/4 to $14.14 3/4, up 2 3/4 cents.

Colby, Kansas, unit train wheat bid was $5.89 to $5.99.

In Denver and the surrounding area, hard red winter wheat, ordinary protein, was $5.99 to $6.49.

No. 1 hard red winter wheat, ordinary protein, north central Colorado, was $5.99 to $6.49.

In northeast Colorado, wheat was $5.54 to $5.82.

In east central Colorado, wheat was $5.87 to $6.09.

In southeast Colorado, wheat was $6.14 to $6.32.

In southwest Nebraska and southeast Wyoming, wheat bids were $5.59 to $5.74.

No. 2 yellow corn in north central Colorado was $6.39 1/4 to $7.74 1/2.

In northeast Colorado, the country elevator corn bids were $6.39 1/4 to $7.14 1/4.

In east central Colorado, corn was $5.84 1/4 to $7.14 1/2.

In southeast Colorado, corn was $7.09 1/4 to $7.34 1/2.

In southwest Nebraska corn bids were $6.94 1/2 to $7.04 1/2 per bushel.

No. 2 yellow sorghum in southeast Colorado was $6.14 1/4 to $7.14 1/2.

No. 1 yellow soybeans in southwest Nebraska were $12.74 3/4 to $13.34 3/4.

White millet in Colorado, southwest Nebraska and southeast Wyoming was $32 per cwt.

Sunflowers were $30 per cwt.

In Denver and surrounding areas, corn was $6.39 to $7.75. Barley was unavailable.

In northeast Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska, pinto beans were steady $35 per cwt; in North Dakota and Minnesota, pinto beans were steady at $36 to $38. In North Dakota and Minnesota, black beans were steady $36 to $40. Great Northerns were steady at $30 in northeast Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska. In North Dakota and Minnesota, navy beans were steady $33 to $36. In northeast Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska, light red kidneys were unavailable; in North Dakota and Minnesota, light red kidneys were $47.
