LUCO Manufacturing, Strong, City, Kansas, has added Deluxe Double to Single Alley to its TaskMaster range of equipment. LUCO Manufacturing’s Deluxe Double to Single Alley is built from heavy gauge sheet steel panels with steel tubing. This system is available in both manual and hydraulic operation. A common problem experienced by ranchers is that although they have no problem getting the cattle into the alleys, they still pile up and don’t want to move into the outlet even with the no-backs raised out of the way. The deluxe alley addresses this problem with a swing-up for no-back feature that prevents backing and bunching and an adjustable rack along top of alley that prevents piling. The deluxe alley will adjust from 15 inches to 30 inches in the single section area and adjust from 20 inches to 30 inches in the double section area. The double and single alley systems can be sold separately, are available in several lengths and with or without a palpation cage.
