GrainVue debuts to help manage stored grain

GSI, a division of AGCO, Duluth, Georgia, has debuted GrainVue, which uses the latest digital cable technology, provides accurate 24/7 temperature and moisture monitoring to protect the quality and value of stored grain.

Alerts are sent out and fans are automatically activated to help prevent out-of-condition issues. Farmers can have peace of mind knowing that their grain is in ideal condition and can also use the system to keep track of their grain inventory.

During the recent Farm Progress Show an on-site GrainVue unit was on display with a grain bin gazebo showing cables hanging from the bin roof, installed as they would be on an actual grain bin in the field, plus the components mounted to the top and side of the bin. The GrainVue portal demonstrated how to automate fans, understand alerts and settings, and look at insights and data collected to help growers better manage stored grain.
