Terry Bradshaw sells Oklahoma ranch
Four-time Super Bowl winner and sports broadcaster Terry Bradshaw has sold his 744-acre horse ranch, located near Thackerville, Oklahoma. The property, valued at $22.5 million, has been on the market for five years. The final sale price was not disclosed, but a press release stated the Bradshaw Ranch will become Red River Equine.
The ranch overlooks the Red River and is about an hour from the Dallas–Fort Wortharea. The property includes an 8,600 square-foot ranch home, stable, arena, horse and cattle facilities and equipment.
The legendary Steeler quarterback has been breeding horses on the ranch for more than 20 years, but with several factors, including health concerns due to a cancer diagnosis, he decided to downsize. The Bradshaw Quarter horse operation is expected to continue at a smaller ranch in Texas with about 30 mares.
