Randy Blach, CattleFax chief executive officer, discussed a couple of topics during the Beef Cattle University during the Kansas Livestock Association meeting Nov. 30 in Wichita, Kansas. Blach has been impressed with just how volatile markets really are. He also detailed weather impacts, the price of corn on feeder prices as well as the reduction in retail product and what it’s done to demand.
