The USDA Market News Service, Greeley, Colorado, in the closing grain report for June 22, reported in futures trading that Chicago July soft red winter wheat was $6.51; July corn, $6.59 3/4; and July soybeans, $13.94 1/2.

The export bid for direct Gulf delivery of No. 1 hard red winter wheat, ordinary protein, rail, unavailable; No. 2 soft red winter wheat, barge, $7.01, down 10 1/2 to 20 1/2 cents; No. 2 yellow corn, barge, $7.24 3/4 to $7.27 3/4, up 1/2 cent; No. 2 yellow sorghum, rail, $6.74 to $8.44 3/4, down 18 to up 1/2 cent; No. 2 yellow sorghum, barge, unavailable; and No. 1 yellow soybeans, barge, $14.47 1/2 to $14.49 1/2, down 24 1/2 to 25 1/2 cents.

Colby, Kansas, unit train wheat bid was $5.62 to $5.67.

In Denver and the surrounding area, hard red winter wheat, ordinary protein, was $5.77 to $6.27.

No. 1 hard red winter wheat, ordinary protein, north central Colorado, was $5.76 1/2 to $6.26 1/2.

In northeast Colorado, wheat was $5.31 1/2 to $5.51 1/2.

In east central Colorado, wheat was $5.56 1/2 to $5.86 1/2.

In southeast Colorado, wheat was $5.91 1/2 to $6.01 1/2.

In southwest Nebraska and southeast Wyoming, wheat bids were $5.36 1/2 to $5.51 1/2.

No. 2 yellow corn in north central Colorado was $6.73 to $7.39 3/4.

In northeast Colorado, the country elevator corn bids were $6.69 3/4 to $7.02 3/4.

In east central Colorado, corn was $6.43 to $6.94 3/4.

In southeast Colorado, corn was $6.99 3/4 to $7.24 3/4.

In southwest Nebraska corn bids were $6.69 3/4 to $6.71 3/4 per bushel.

No. 2 yellow sorghum in southeast Colorado was $7.09 3/4 to $7.14 3/4.

No. 1 yellow soybeans in southwest Nebraska were $13.09 1/2 to $13.47.

White millet in Colorado, southwest Nebraska and southeast Wyoming was $32 per cwt.

Sunflowers were $30 per cwt.

In Denver and surrounding areas, corn was $6.73 to $7.40. Barley was unavailable.

In northeast Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska, pinto beans were steady $35 per cwt; in North Dakota and Minnesota, pinto beans were steady at $38 to $40. In North Dakota and Minnesota, black beans were steady $40. Great Northerns were steady at $30 in northeast Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska. In North Dakota and Minnesota, navy beans were steady $33. In northeast Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska, light red kidneys were unavailable; in North Dakota and Minnesota, light red kidneys were $47.
